- Every product is in limited quantity and sold only through kyracollection.com
- Every products are original handmade from precious leather. Any slightly different colour may happens because of the lightning
- Every Products are available to be purchased with estimated production time minimum 12 working days from the order and payment confirmation.
- If customers wish to custom bespoke bags, they may contact KYRA Sales Representative
- All prices shown are final.
- Prices are shown in IDR (Indonesian Rupiahs)
- KYRA values customer’s privacy and the safety of customer’s personal information.
- KYRA shall be entitled to collect following customer’s personal information; name, shipping address, e-mail address and phone number.
- Customer’s name and shipping address will solely be used for order shipment.
- Customer’s name, e-mail address and phone number will solely be used for administrative purposes and customer relationship management.
- Online order via kyracollection.com accepts payment using VISA, MasterCard, and Bank Transfer (Indonesian customers) via Midtrans
- We accept PayPal and Bank Transfer (for International Customers)
- International customers who prefer bank transfer method have to manually verify their transactions by contacting KYRA Sales Representative.
- All shipping fees shown are final.
- Estimated delivery time is 7 working days upon the availability of the order.
- KYRA will provide the airway bill for customer’s tracking purposes.
- Customers may be required to pay additional import fees, taxes, brokerage fees, handling fees and/or other duties specific to the destination Country in order to receive the order.

Product Guarantee & Reparation
- KYRA guarantees the quality and authenticity of every “Products” and “Made by Order” bags sold on kyracollection.com.
- KYRA advises its “Care Instructions” attached inside every bags.
- KYRA endorses lifetime warranty upon any damages and/or dullness in the metal hardware, which may occur after 6 months of purchase and/or usage.
- Customers are eligible to claim free reparation, but responsible for the return shipment of the product. Customers are eligible to report any other damages and/or dullness in any other parts of the bags (e.g. leather, inner lining, etc.). KYRA Sales Representative will be happy to assist the reparation inquiry, upon different suggested prices.
- Customers are not eligible to claim money refund upon any successful orders.
- Customers have 7 days from receipt of your order, to advise KYRA Sales Representative of your intention to exchange the order.
- Customers then have a further 14 days to return the Products back to KYRA. The Products customers intend to exchange have to be returned in the similar condition as it is; unused, undamaged, with KYRA original tags intact, and in complete original packaging.
- Customers are eligible only to return and exchange the purchased Products, with another Products with similar price.
- Customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, while the final delivery is free of charge.
